The Socratic Method

In the article The Socratic Method shows how this method can help a students learning by showing it in a different way. Often students read from a textbook or listen to the teacher talk about the topic of the story but I think the Socratic method will help students not only see education as education but to also view it as a students life. It also separates the truth and the nonsense to life. An example is the boy and the teacher talking about the society. The kid shows how  some students can be looking at society and possibly  think when they become rich  everything will be good for them because they have everything already. I believe that having everything you want in life is not always the best because you wont be able to see the value of each thing, person and place while having a huge ego. This strategy takes subjects off and place it with a students life.
