Technology Trend ( 2 creative post )
- On the right column you are able to see the first generation of iPhone and the newest versions of iPhone. On the left you can see the newest trend that is going to continue in the future. My prediction is that the air pods will continue to grow and earbuds will be forgotten soon. I remember being small and seeing iPhone's everywhere and my friends and I would joke about the iPhone's being extremely big and yes each generation of iPhone did get bigger at time past by. I mean the air pods were a very smart invention and they are harmless unless you have very sensitive hearing but other than that this new technology is expensive but there are also good sides about owning air pods.

Venice, Italy is flooding and sets a new record of high level water. TODAY'S ARGUMENT
Technology has taken over. New improvements everyday and technology every day. Why do people rely on technology everyday and how do they use it. Phones and the internet are very commonly used for the wrong things and sometimes the screen is all we have left to our day. We wonder why we use the phone everyday and why some people can't live without their cell phones. At times teen use their phones and browse homework ideas. The OECD authors examined the relationship between students and technology and most of the time the students search up homework ideas once a week. Most of the times students are on social media and that's okey but they rely to much on technology rather then talking and making eye contact. This can be a problem to our world because in the future we may never realize what our world has to face like interviews and simple things like that.
Pathos and Logos
Pathos and Logos
FIRST IMPRESSION ( Emerson)
My first impression on Emerson was that he was so open minded he had so many to say. I truly believed his ideas were better than our presidents. Its like he predicted the future because his ideas do reflect on humans. We face new challenges every day and every time and sometimes we just need his wise words to hear because his ideas are out of the world. I really liked the idea he reflected his whole essay on just feelings and us being able to believe in our self's because that's what makes us who we are.
ON SELF-RELIANCE PART 3
"Nothing is at last sacred but the integrity of your own mind."
Life circumstances changing does not change who we are
Malice - evil intention
Vanity - meant to look good
Turns out to be a family of drug dealers

- ( bullying ) Diana Devicha credible because she has a Ph. D in psychology and she's an assistant clinical professor at Yale and emotional intelligence which makes her credible to talk about bullying.
Pathos

- (bullying) Diana Divecha " A majority of teachers report that they feel unprepared to deal with classroom bullying. Some teachers bully students themselves, or show a lac of empathy towards children who are bullied.

On SELF-RELIANCE PART 5
Theme : to trust in ones own abilities and effort
-Example if you give a man a fish hell eat it but if you teach a man how to fish hell have food for the rest of his life.
- when you know you can trust on your abilities and principles you don't have to be afraid of life your already set
- Nothing can get in the way not even money because you truly believe in yourself and that is what Emerson is trying to say
-One quote I will remember is " power... resides in the moment of transition from a past to a new state " to me this shows how Emerson is saying that his overall message was to believe in our self 's in what we can do ad stand for. So when that happens you are only at great peace and now you can be at peace with the others around you to.

ON SELF RELIANCE PART 4
Does anything that Emerson says change your opinion?
consistency is a exuberance of our past acts
a lot of the time we stay true than what we are saying
when we learn a new idea we change the shape of our brain physically and mentally.
if you get a better idea grab that its not about being loyal to one idea
A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds,
To be great is to be misunderstood. why being misunderstood so great none of those people are miss understood give an example.
Emerson says have your idea and if their different then yesterday so what!
You do everything every single day without thinking of it.
your genially action will tell who you are, act yourself.
ephemeris changes and honor stays the same

Analyze the article ( bullying) ethos pathos, logos and kairos
The following rhetorical devices used are all the following. Ethos- diana divecha credible because she has a PhD in physiology.
Logos is used by supporting that bullying should be stopped and they show that by using evidence that studies of university show it by doing the bullying prevention programs that raise awareness of the problem.
Pathos - is used in the article when bullying is being expressed and how bullying happens and who are the targets most the the time
Kairos is being used because the tone of this is right on time and bullying will never stop no matter what year it is.
I think this article is true because no matter what people do or say bullying will never stop and it is important to know what are the things we need to do in order to not make bullying a bigger problem.
